Conrad has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting (25 with “Big 4”) serving public and private companies in a variety of industries. His time with “Big 4” firms included secondments in Mexico (Mexico City and Monterrey) as well as Spain (Madrid). Conrad oversees the participation of the Texas Practice in the Energy SIG (Special Interest Group) of UHY International, sharing expertise and resources to serve growing multi-national clients. He is also the liaison partner for member firms in Latin America, typically serving clients in their first business expansion outside the U.S. He has substantial experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and related due diligence activities, capital markets initiatives, and SEC reporting and compliance issues.
