Conrad UHY

Conrad has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting (25 with “Big 4”) serving public and private companies in a variety of industries. His time with “Big 4” firms included secondments in Mexico (Mexico City and Monterrey) as well as Spain (Madrid). Conrad oversees the participation of the Texas Practice in the Energy SIG (Special Interest Group) of UHY International, sharing expertise and resources to serve growing multi-national clients. He is also the liaison partner for member firms in Latin America, typically serving clients in their first business expansion outside the U.S. He has substantial experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and related due diligence activities, capital markets initiatives, and SEC reporting and compliance issues.

•Engagement Partner for audits of multinational SEC clients
•Significant experience with international public and private companies in Latin America:
•Reconciling and conforming financial statements to U.S. and international reporting standards
•Addressing requirements of underwriters and attorneys for registration of securities
•Resolving complex accounting, auditing and financial reporting issues with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
•Developed practices, market opportunities and business relationships with South American companies
